How to care for your Wrekked Customs purchases
Each one your purchases was hand crafted by us here at Wrekked Customs. Every purchase will include care card(s) for your specific product. Following the care card suggestions will help you protect the lifespan of your product.
Tumblers - All of our tumblers are coated in epoxy. All epoxy over time has the potential to present a yellowish hue. To help prolong this natural occurrence as well as protect its life span follow these suggestions: Hand wash only, Do not let soak, Do not microwave, Do not leave in extreme heat and Avoid dropping your tumbler.
UVDTFs
Care Instructions - Hand wash only. Do NOT put in microwave. Do NOT soak. Do NOT pick at or peel image. Do NOT store in extreme heat.
Application guidelines
1. Wash the surface of the product you will be applying the decal to with soap and water and let dry. I personally do not recommend alcohol however some people claim to have no problems with it.
2. Once you have decided where you would like to place your UVDTF, peel the backing away (either entirely if you are comfortable with UVDTF application or a small corner to make sure it is line up where you want it exactly)
3. Carefully start to press on your UVDTF to make sure you are working bubbles out as you go. UVDTFs have a strong gripping adhesive which so please make sure you are certain of the placement before starting to apply the Image.
4. Firmly press the design into the surface to get rid of any remaining bubbles and help adhere the design to your surface.
5. Peel away top transfer sheet slowly. (I find it helpful to peel at an angle.)
